Casual Hire Costs: Half Day Meetings – $60 (4 hours)
Full Day Meetings – $100 (8am – 4pm)
The above prices for non commercial hirers are inclusive of GST, for commercial hirers they exclude GST. To hire the Hall for events other than meetings please contact the Office for a quote. Hireage dependent on availability and the type of event proposed. After usage the hirers are to return the Hall to the state they found it in.
Main area of Birch Hall (21 x 7 metres)
The Kitchen is 9 x 6 metres.

Monday – Thursday evenings
During the day of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th Thursday & 1st Wednesday of the month
The week before and during the Summer Race Meeting
The week before and during the the Nelson A & P Show
