CHILDREN’S & YOUTH SECTION ENTRY FORM

FOR ART, HANDCRAFT, HORTICULTURE & FLORAL ART, COOKERY & SUGAR ART & PHOTOGRAPHY:

CLOSING DATES: Photography & Stop Motion Animation - 5pm, Friday 8th November, All other Sections - Friday 15th November.

Entry Fees: FREE

(multiple entries are allowed & each entrant receives a one day gate entry pass to the Show)

DELIVERY OF ENTRIES:

Art & Handcraft items: Deliver to the Waimea Grandstand on Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th November between 10am and 6pm or earlier to the A & P office.

Cookery: Deliver to the Scout Hall by 4pm on Friday 22nd November as judging of these sections will take place at 6pm - (Cookery Items must be covered in a clear cover).

Horticulture & Floral Art: Deliver to the Horticulture Shed by 4pm on Friday 22nd November as judging of these sections will take place at 6pm.

Photography exhibits: Submit to the Nelson A&P Office by 5pm, 8th November.
